HEALTH POLICY:

Before starting any new exercise regimen speak with your physician if you have any health complications. Please eat healthy, drink an adequate amount of water, and take your medication as prescribed by your physician. It is important for you to maintain this routine when participating in the wellness program.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:

Our goal is to provide quality therapy in a timely manner.   A cancellation policy was implemented to enable us to better utilize available appointments for our patients.

NO REFUNDS will be allowed on any services.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at minimum 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Your early cancellation will give another patient the possibility to receive timely medical care.

Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide 24 hour cancellation notice will be billed an administrative fee of $25. This charge cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid on or before the next scheduled appointment.

While we understand that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts may arise, it is our goal to prevent last minute cancellations or no shows that detour our timely patient care to all patients.
