Initial Evaluation- review pertinent information regarding problematic area, medical history, your goals, thorough assessment of functional mobility by completing special therapy tests, concierge and teletherapy. $150
Session- each session includes manual/massage therapy to affected area, fitness training, modalities as needed for pain management, and a customized home exercise program. (25 minute $35) , (45 minute $75) , (60 minute session $65)
“No More Pain, All Gain” Package - not including evaluation, 3 (60 minute) sessions per week for 4 weeks $1000
“Your Health Matters” Package - not including evaluation, 2 (60 minute) sessions per week for 4 weeks $700
“Accountability Partner” Package - not including evaluation, 1(60 minute) session per week for 4 weeks $350
“Finding Balance” Package - not including evaluation, beginner’s yoga session for individuals with neurological disorders such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Myasthenia Gravis, one (45 minute) session per week for 4 weeks $275
Ergonomics Evaluation - assess the efficiency of workspace to prevent neck/back pain and other injuries for your employees (health care professionals, clerical staff, truck drivers, and many more) $275
Dry Needling Treatments - DOCTOR REFFERAL NEEDED. helps release trigger points to relieve any muscle pain or spasms, and to restore normal muscle and joint function. Commonly usually to treat headaches, joint pain, neck/back pain, radiculopathy, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis. 45 minute session $65
Functional Capacity Impairment Rating Evaluation - an evaluation of a person’s functional capacity in relation to a job’s demands. The FCE involves aspects of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, balance, fine motor and cardiovascular tolerance. This is a 3.5 to 5 hour assessment that must be ordered but a doctor, job or an attorney $650
+ Concierge Travel Fee please add an additional $15 if you live within 15 miles of the 285 Metro Atlanta perimeter. Therapists will travel up to 60 miles outside of Atlanta. Please call for a price quote.
